Sheraton Buganvilias Resort & Convention Center, Puerto Vallarta

We had a fantastic time at the Sheraton! The location is so convenient, making it easy to explore the town. Our room had an amazing view and was very comfortable, though I do wish there was a better setup for the poolside washrooms. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Dining was mostly good, although the buffet could use some improvement in variety. Overall, a solid choice for those looking to relax or explore Puerto Vallarta.

I had a fantastic stay at the Sheraton Buganvilias resort. The location is perfect for beach access and there's always something to do! The service was exceptional, especially at the pool area, and the dining experiences were delightful. However, my experience was slightly marred by a couple of service lapses during peak times, which affected some of my dining experiences.

This resort really felt like a home away from home for us, especially as we celebrated a milestone anniversary. The staff truly went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, and the spa treatments were exceptional. However, it was a little disappointing that not all premium drinks and dining options were included in the all-inclusive package as we expected.
